Public Release: LuxServ DNS Public v1.1R

This is the Public Release of the DNS portion of LuxServ. This program only accepts Gamecube requests, so it's useless for any other version of PSO that isn't Gamecube. Use it in the same way you would Dr.DNS/Mr.DNS.

This software is release under NO License, so I really don't care what you do with it... Though I suspect if anyone tried to sell it it'd be a laughable failure xD.

Features-
- DNS Shielding to protect from DNS Amp attack hitting all PSO DNS Servers (If that's still going on. It was the last time I checked.)

- Logs all connections and keeps track of how many of what version have connected.

- Fully enclosed GUI. Can handle everything inside the GUI. No need to alter host files, etc.

- Can run on nearly every platform. The download here is packaged in a zip file, so it will work with windows only (Or Possibly Apple OS's too), but if there's interest in Lux Public DNS for other platforms, let me know via PM and I'll send it to you packaged in a different format with use on your OS.

Instructions on Use -
-If you're setting up a DNS for use with one of the public Private servers, simply run Lux, and change the DNS IP in the settings option.

- If you're running a home based private server such as Fuzziquer run this program FIRST and set the DNS IP to your internal IP address. This program takes hold of port 53 first(as opposed to Fuzzi) and allows PSO+ users to connect to your server.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Your Java must be up to date, or at least verstion 1.8.25
