Anyone know how to go about this iv tried action reply codes ect ect and changing values in dolphin but still aint managed to get a 1304 mag... thanks

Have you used magmaker.exe and an item create program/or quest of some sort? Honestly though, hacked mags definitely aren't worth it. Once the stat values go so high, they cancel out, and having one in your inventory (your personal inventory, not the check room) it'll disable all rare drops thanks to ST's anti hack/cheat precautions.
