Assuming you're still out of town, I could restore most of the things once we have the the full information regarding Stats/Percentages.

Mags I might have problem with though, at least if it needs a special color :p

What were the hit% stats on these weapons?

Hello, the stats for twin psycho (made myself):
A.beast 70%
Dark 70%
Hit 70%

Stats for Needle (gift from cybot):
Machine 100 %
Dark 100 %
Hit 100%

It doesn't matter really, I'd happy with the weapons if it only 0%

pow 20
dex 20
mnd 0

after the first temple room was cleared.2 players
the other time was monster bash 3. Three players
and the first time was at monster bash 1. Also three players.

Military strikes back usually isn't any problems with. With that said no user made quest is flawless.
Either you've been unlucky or the quest file might not be fully intact. It could be because of other reasons as well. I just used those as examples
