question about how to create serial for dreamcast players on Legits psov2 Server

someone here tell me how can I make a registration system for pso players dreamcast connect legits Server?

I know they're going to need a correct serial but how do I do that?

I actually looked into this once.. but not for very long. It was when I was playing my questionably obtained copy of v.2... I tried throwing together a SNAK but it refused it, and honestly I didn't put much more thought into it as I decided just to order a real copy which came with a SNAK.

should not be hard to guess its just putting a codebreaker and give access to the dreamcast players use the legits ip to connect
