Connecting through dolphin on android?

Hello, My only experience with phantasy star online was thrugh phantasy star universe on the xbox 360, but have heard for years that the gamecube version was really good and wanted to get into it. I have recently found that my phone runs dolphin just as well as an actual gamecube would run, with minor visual glitches here and there. Is there any known way to connect through this method?

On the phone version I don't think there's a working way yet. Dolphin on PC works perfectly fine for connecting though.
