Anyways, Buu, do you still play on Schthserv? If so, how do you connect there, as we can use whatever you use to connect there to connect here.
Back in the day I use to connect to that server for PSOBB - but of course I grew sick of PSOBB so I switched back to the xbox version.
I used VirtualBox since it is free, and I used it for windows not mac Kroniedon...
Do you even know what Buu11235 is wanting to do Spade88.. lol?
I believe he wanted to connect via a macbook, you recommended that you could connect straight DNS....
I use windows so their are difference between mac but I would assume the way i connect would still work as well.

Alright, so with that bit of info, you were suggesting to max out ram, as that has nothing to do with the problem itself, nor will it have any impact on it therefore renders it useless to this conversation. To cut it short, off-topic.
Re: Connection via mac?
Spade please not topic jump, the ram upgrade will not help
I talked with op and he planes to buy a new computer soon.
Virtual box sucks alot, its a open sourced night mare? Did I say this before? Man I had a strange dream last night where some one destroyed my pso save files.
anyways Virtualizes is out of the qestion because the low amount of ram and its a macbook 2,1 and it can only hold up to three gigs.
From my understanding PSO need DR DNS \ MR dns in a setup like this, The problem is its a windows only program.
The error we get is 102...
I linked him to a wireless bridge thats cheap so he can play pso with out moving his cube back and fourth

I went ahead and got the wireless device, since it is the cheapest option (and most preferable) aside from getting my mac to work.

Re: Connection via mac?
well the wireless device came sooner than expected, so I was able to try it out.
Using the method shown in the videos, I get error 15. And when setting a static IP I get error 102 (same as before).
Any ideas/useful information i can provide?
