Haha, well no wonder you couldn't connect here today. For whatever reason, the server was off. 0.o
It's back on now, so try again when you're ready.

I need to change lobby events.. I had forgotten all about that. xD
Anyways, what is your ISP and what are you connecting through (your modem/Router/cable models and brands)? That will help me better solve your problem.
Re: still can't connect

Alright, what version PSO are you running, specifically region and version number. Should be on the inside of your disk. DOL-???? something like that. Get me this number.
Re: still can't connect
Basically, what's happening is your UDP port is working fine, which is UDP port 53. It's what handles connection to login server. What isn't working is the TCP port. The TCP port is dependent on which version of PSO:GC you're running. You're going to have to open that port and forward it to allow you to connect to the ship server. Once I know your specific version, I'll tell you which port is applicable to you, and we'll fix it from there.
Re: still can't connect
well its pal region and the only dol thing i could find was on the book thing it is
DOL-GPOP-UKV-M
and on the disk it has DL-DOL-GPOP-EUR
model no. DOL-006(eur)

Re: still can't connect
Port 9200 Good.
Alright, do you know how to port forward? If not, look for a tutorial online for your specific router model, as each router will be a little bit different on this.
Once done with that, set a static IP to your cube if you haven't done so already. Do this by manually setting one to match how your DCHP assigns IPs. Usually it's something like 192.168.1.X but there are exceptions to this, so check to see how your router handles DCHP requests. You can change this in the provider options menu when you start PSO. It's on that screen that asks if you want to automatically retrieve an IP. Just choose manual instead and input your selection.
Next, forward port 9200 to your GC's IP address. This will depend on your router model, but the basics being that TCP 9200 should be opened and routed to your GC's IP address.
Once forwarded, check to see if it worked, and you should be able to connect then.
